CCHCL
Named after Archbishop Janani Luwum, Church House was first proposed at the Church of Uganda's centenary in 1977 and completed in 2018 on Plot 34 Kampala Road.
Performance
The building's development loan has been fully repaid. The March 2026 Board of Trustees meeting reported occupancy at 86%, reflecting strong asset utilisation.
