1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browser "local storage" works in a similar way. We keep their use to a minimum: most visitors who only read pages receive no cookies from CCHCL at all.
2. Cookies and storage we use

3. Cookie-free visitor statistics
Our own visitor statistics do not use cookies. They record daily counts only; IP addresses are not stored. A daily-changing one-way hash is used to count unique visitors and is deleted after two days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject optional cookies, or manage your choice. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you accept analytics cookies.
You can change your mind at any time: select Cookie settings in the footer of any page to reopen the banner. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops loading from the next page; you can also delete existing cookies in your browser settings.
